Mr. Khan is a progressive leader, operational strategist, and trusted advisor. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) professional. He belongs to a family of physicians and global entrepreneurs. His experiences include working over 10 years as Global Leader for International Business Machines (IBM) and General Motors (GM) – Fortune 500 companies (Largest United States Corporations), which helped him establish global connections. He also has experience of working as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a construction company, information technology company, and a chain of urgent care and primary care centers. His strengths include developing and implementing financial strategies, internal controls, and processes, including working capital management, preparing and analyzing budgets, and driving profitability through accurate and timely forecasting and financial reporting that enables optimal business decisions. Mr. Khan is experienced in providing assurance to the board of directors and management with an independent and objective assessment of system of internal controls and complying with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
